About the Client:
The Royal Institution of Australia (RiAus) is an independent charity dedicated to connecting people with the world of science through news, videos, events and educational resources.
RiAus did not have an experienced in-house web team to manage and monitor all of their corporate web platforms. RiAus was looking a web development agency to revamp their corporate website and provide support to their websites and digital platforms.
We initiated the work with a discovery workshop to identify the client’s pain points related with their digital corporate systems and with the assistance of our client, produced a prioritised backlog of web issues. As part of our engagement, we created and maintained a detailed documentation of the completed work.
As part of our engagement, we revamped their corporate website using WordPress and completed business analysis of multiple digital platforms. We also provided them support to deal with any adhoc challenges in a timely manner. We created an Issue Register where all the requests from the client were recorded and easily accessible. We also created a Slack channel to improve the communication between our internal team and RiAus stakeholders.
We provided continuous support to RiAus to improve the quality and performance of their digital platforms.
