AllNeeds Computer is a locally owned and operated company which has been trading for over 20 years. They specialise in the latest gaming hardware & peripherals. They also have a service centre to fix any PC or notebook problems.
Challenges
Our client was looking for competitive advantage by improving their Customer Experience (CX). As part of their strategy, they were looking to migrate their existing eCommerce platform to Magento’s latest stable version (Community Edition 2.2). The rationale behind this engagement was to achieve supreme performance, greater scalability, faster page loading speed, better security and a centralised order management system functionality of Magento2.
Approach
